Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
