Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipment may be delayed. If this occurs, please allow additional time for delivery.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required for the claims process.


6. Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
